OMOTAYO AWOMOLO-ENUJIUGHA

Omotayo Awomolo-Enujiugha brings over 16 years’ experience as a Legal Practitioner, with 7+ years at managerial levels. She specializes in Intellectual Property (IP) law and has practiced Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) for over 10 years.

Omotayo holds an LL.M from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria, and is undergoing doctoral studies at the University of Abuja, Nigeria. She is a trainer, writer, researcher, and legal commentator with several published works in the fields of IP and ADR.

Omotayo is a Chartered Mediator and Conciliator, Fellow, Trainer and Neutral with the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC), a Chartered Arbitrator with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (UK), a Certified Mediator and Mediation Advocate with the Lagos State Multidoor Courthouse (LMDC), a Certified ADR Practitioner under the auspices of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), and a Trainer and Mediator with the Intellectual Property Institute of Nigeria (IPIN).

Omotayo holds several certificates in specialized ADR Practice including family mediation, Online Dispute Resolution (ODR), workplace conflicts, entertainment disputes, negotiations, construction arbitration, arbitration and mediation advocacy, communal conflicts, and several other certifications. She has also mediated several disputes and advocated a number of arbitrations in her ADR career.

Omotayo is currently the Senior Partner at Omogiate Mobom & Co., a dispute resolution law firm in Lagos, Nigeria, and the Vice President Marketing and Membership Services ICMC. She speaks English, French and Yoruba. She is an advocate for amicable settlement of disputes, human rights and justice, professional communications, IP awareness and innovation.
