TOLU ODUKALE is the Partner and Head of Internal Audit & Governance, Risk & Compliance Services. He has garnered over 22 years of delivering value across various industries and sectors of the economy including public sector, power, energy and natural resources, financial services, telecommunications, consumer and industrial markets.
He has extensive experience providing business advisory services covering corporate governance, internal audit and compliance advisory, optimization/transformation of Internal Audit function, review of internal control framework, contract compliance review, process/operation review, auditing and accounting assistance services, documentation of policies, processes and procedures manual, design of internal audit methodology, enterprise risk management (ERM) framework and special project monitoring, evaluation & management.
Tolu holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Obafemi Awolowo University, an Advanced Management Program Certiicate from Lagos Business School (LBS) and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Account of Nigeria (ICAN).
